Q4: Could I return my wall frame?
We do everything we can to provide quality poducts you will love. If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product and we will be happy to find a solution.
Q5 :Can I cancel my recent order?
If you wish to cancel your recent order you must let us know within 1 hour of placing it. After that time, we can not guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun processing . If that is the case, your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be given.
Q6: My framed wall print is damaged, what do I do?
If there is a mistake on our part, or if the product is damaged or faulty, we will happily offer you a discount on your next purchase. Please send us an email with the picture of the damage and we will take action as soon as possible.
